very happy that my running capris fit! paisley was my photographer. she tries so hard. oh ya and there's that blasted laundry basket again. it's doubled in size and is still sitting in the same spot:(

while i'm at it i can show you my christmas present from my in-laws. i picked out these lovely's at dick's. they are my first pair of mizunos and so far i am loving them.
not sure why but i love the back.
i didn't push it too hard today. as my body was telling me i should take it easier. fine by me. i worked hard all week and have been staying up way too late.
tonight after a full day of matt studying and the kids and i playing at home all afternoon we decided to grab one of our groupons and try it out. a little mexican place 2 miles up the road. when we pulled in the parking lot the sign read "india palace". wait a minute! no mexican restaurant for us. but we made up for it by doing the next best thing (according to matt and the kids) they grabbed taco bell and ate it at the grocery store cafe while i picked up some "saturday night" groceries. (as part of my beliefs and religion, we make an effort to keep the sabbath day holy and part of that means not patronizing business and retailers.) you can read more about the here and here!
anyway, the kids don't care if they eat taco bell or food from a real restaurant and it was matt's idea so he obviously didn't care. i can always eat simple food at home so i was ok too. it all worked out in the end but you can bet i will be getting a refund.
5 mile run
30 minutes tabata - step jump with burpee, pushups and tri pushups, speed skaters and step behind taps
25 minutes abs. 5 - 1 min planks in between sit ups with sliders, up and down side planks with leg raise, v ups and hamstring slides
